Our Legal & Ethical Position
At The Kambo Clinic, our priority is to provide safe, ethical and responsible therapeutic support.
We do not supply, administer, recommend or promote the use of illegal substances or any activity that is unlawful under UK legislation.
We recognise that we are living through a global resurgence of interest in altered states of consciousness and psychedelic-assisted therapies. Around the world, laws differ considerably. In some countries these practices are legally regulated and delivered within established therapeutic or ceremonial settings. In others, they remain prohibited.
We also recognise that some people independently choose to explore altered state experiences. Those decisions are entirely their own and are made without our encouragement or involvement.
Our role is not to facilitate those experiences.
Our role is to support people before and after them through education, preparation, therapeutic integration and personal development.
Our preparation sessions, integration programmes and guided audio resources are designed to help people cultivate intention, emotional resilience, self-awareness and meaningful integration. They do not provide instructions for obtaining or using illegal substances, nor are they intended to encourage or facilitate unlawful activity.
Our digital programmes are available internationally because the legal framework differs from one country to another. Where these practices are lawful, our educational resources may be used by individuals and by appropriately trained or licensed practitioners as part of their professional work, always in accordance with the laws, regulations and professional standards of their own jurisdiction.
We believe that meaningful transformation comes not from a single experience, but from the preparation beforehand, the support received afterwards and the actions taken in everyday life.
Every service provided by The Kambo Clinic is delivered within the boundaries of UK law, professional ethics and our scope of practice.
