The Kambo Clinic
Important Disclaimer
The Kambo Clinic is operated by Claire Anstey, based in Beckenham, London, BR3. Claire Anstey is an IAKP-certified Kambo practitioner and the creator of Conscious Quantum Hypnosis, a master hypnotherapy method. She is not a medical doctor or any other form of medical practitioner.
The Kambo Clinic offers two distinct practices, Kambo ceremonies and Conscious Quantum Hypnosis sessions. These are available separately, depending on the needs of the client.
Kambo is the secretion of the Phyllomedusa bicolor, the Giant Monkey Tree Frog of the Amazon rainforest. It has been used for centuries as part of the traditional ceremonial and spiritual practices of indigenous Amazonian tribes. Kambo is not classified as a medicinal product in the United Kingdom and is not licensed, approved, or regulated as a medicinal product by the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).
The sessions and programmes offered by The Kambo Clinic are ceremonial and experiential in nature. They are not medical treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Nothing on this website or in any communication from Claire Anstey constitutes medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical condition.
Terms and Conditions
We ask all clients to read and agree to the following terms and conditions before working with us.
1. Right to Refuse
The Kambo Clinic reserves the right to refuse services to anyone without explanation.
2. Contraindications
If a client has any contraindication that makes a Kambo ceremony or Conscious Quantum Hypnosis session unsuitable for them, Claire reserves the right to decline to proceed. A full health screening is required before every first Kambo session. If a session or programme is not right for you at this time, you will receive a full refund and, where possible, Claire will point you toward an alternative.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
If a session is cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, no refund will be given unless under extreme circumstances. For clients on The Kambo Breakthrough Challenge, any session cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will need to be repurchased at the standard single session rate before the programme can continue. For Conscious Quantum Hypnosis sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, the full session fee will be retained. We ask that clients contact Claire via WhatsApp as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule. Every situation will be considered with care and compassion, and we will always do our best to accommodate genuine emergencies where we can. Once your first session has been booked into the calendar, we operate a strict no refund policy outside of the contraindication clause above.
4. Client Disclaimer
All clients are required to read and sign our full client disclaimer before their first session. By booking you confirm that you agree to our disclaimer, that all information provided during your health screening and intake form is true and accurate, and that you are of lawful age.
The disclaimer confirms your understanding that:
The Kambo Clinic does not diagnose disease, offer medical advice, or prescribe medicine or pharmaceuticals.
Kambo ceremonies are ceremonial in nature. They are not medical treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Conscious Quantum Hypnosis sessions are complementary in nature. They are not medical treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
The sessions and programmes offered are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment by a qualified practitioner.
5. Results and Liability
Claire Anstey and The Kambo Clinic are not accountable for any results or effects you may or may not experience through your sessions or programmes. Every client’s experience is different and results will vary from person to person. No specific outcomes are guaranteed. The programmes may not work for everyone. By booking, clients assume full personal responsibility for all risks regarding their sessions and hereby release Claire Anstey and The Kambo Clinic from all liability resulting from the use of equipment, materials, preparations, or sessions.
By purchasing any session or programme you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
6. Booking Confirmation and Informed Consent
All clients are required to confirm the following at the point of booking before any session or programme can be confirmed:
That they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions and Disclaimer in full.
That all health information provided is true, accurate, and complete to the best of their knowledge.
That they understand the sessions and programmes offered are not medical treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
That they have read the Precautions and Contraindications page and that none of the listed contraindications apply to them, or that they have contacted Claire directly to discuss their situation before booking.
Bookings cannot be confirmed without this confirmation being completed in full.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how The Kambo Clinic collects, uses, and protects your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with our legal obligations. Client health records are retained for a minimum of seven years in line with standard professional practice.
